What is the return policy?
As each illustration is made to order and personalised to you, there are no returns. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase, so we will continue to work with you until you are happy with your custom artwork.
If there is anything about your illustration you wish to change, just email us at hello@petallore.com with your order number and wanted changes.
When will I get my order?
Your high resolution download will be sent straight to your inbox in just 5-7 business days.
Do you print the illustrations?
Currently no, but it is something we may do in future if the demand is there
How do I receive my print?
Your print will be emailed to the email connected to the order. If you would like it sent to a different email address, please contact us at hello@petallore.com with your order number.
